Shipping policy

Production of all orders begins within 2-4 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.  Bonnie normally allows 6 weeks for production and shipping time.  If needed sooner, “rush” orders are accepted.  There will be additional “rush fees” applied that may range from $40 - $75 depending on how quickly needed and location the order is to be shipped to.  Please contact Bonnie if you are needing your order sooner than 6 weeks from now.  You will receive another notification when your order is shipped.  Shipping can be arranged to arrive at your recipient’s address - just let Bonnie know in advance.  Potential delays, although rare such as postal service problems, are outside of control.

Shipping Charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

Free shipping will be applied on orders of more than 10 plates.  Please contact Bonnie prior to ordering.  Glass Treasures by Bonnie Saunders also offers shipping to the USA.  Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email which will include a tracking number for you.  Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.  If you have not received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at:  bonnie@glasstreasures.com with your name and order number and she will look into it for you.

Returns

While honouring one’s service, Bonnie’s goal is to have happy customers and even moreso, very happy recipients!  If there are any issues with your order once it has arrived, please contact Bonnie.

In the event that an order arrives damaged, please email Bonnie immediately at bonnie@glasstreasures.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. She will look into the resolution as soon as possible.
